Important Ordering Information:
- Complete this form and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button below.
- From the shopping cart order summary page, the time you are requesting the items for will be in the quantity column, while the number of items you are renting will follow the items description. Click the CHECKOUT NOW button to complete your order.
- You may choose to submit your order online, or you can mail or fax it to us with your credit card information.
- Of course, you are also welcome to call to order by phone and get immediate confirmation.
- Don't delay. Quantities of some items are limited.
- To reserve any item we must have a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or pre-payment by check. Checks must be received within 10 days of making reservation and no later than 10 days before rental begins.
Policies:
- All rentals require security in the form of credit card.
- Restocking fee of $20 will be charged if order is cancelled less than 48 hours before reservation date.
- Equipment cancelled after rental period begins will be charged the greater of 1 day rental, $20 restocking fee, or actual time since beginning of reservation.
- Linen cancelled after rental period begins will be charged the minimum rental period, which is one week.
- Rental or use of property is acceptance of these terms as well as the terms of the rental agreement. Damage or loss is the responsibility of the renter, and will be charged to the renters credit card.
- Continuing rent will be charged for items not returned when due, as will additional pick up fees if necessary.
